How do I book a session with you?
You can book through the website, or message me through one of my social media pages. I aim to respond within 24 hours. Via my website is the best way to make sure I see your enquiry.
What type of photography do you offer?
My style is super natural I will propmt you but rarely 'pose' you. I aim to include some 'smiling-at-the-camera' shots but this is not always the case as I love just capturing you as you interact naturally with your beautiful family.
What time do sessions take place?
Outdoor sessions will occur during 'golden hour' this is the hour before sunset (or hour after sunrise) and gives the most magical lighting.
Indoor session times are more flexible with the time of day, but usually in the morning .
What if the weather isn't great?
The weather can be unpredictable, however cloudy overcast days can give okay lighting too so unless we have heavy rain, or extreme wind/heat the session will more than likely go ahead. If we do need to change the session time we will decide that on the day of the shoot.
Is a deposit required and how do I pay?
Yes for all shoots a $100 deposit is required to book your session time, this is non-refundable but it is date transferable in unforeseen situations.
The remainder of payment is due 24 hours before your session. You will be invoiced once your session time is confirmed.
How long until I receive my photos and how do I receive them?
I aim for a 2-3 week turn around, and you will generally receive a small sneak peek within 48 hours.
What if I want a custom session or have something different in mind?
Yes, please get in touch. I'll do my best to cater for whatever session you're thinking. Prices may vary for this.
What should we wear for the session?
I recommend neutral colours and prints, especially those muted tones. These tones photograph particularly well and don't distract. Definitely check out Pinterest for ideas and inspiration! I also have a client wardrobe available for the Mums + bubs; which will be shown to you once your session is book. Please don't hesitate with any questions, I'm more than happy to help out with ideas.
