Branding session


What to Expect

  • A relaxed, collaborative session tailored to your brand.
  • Timeframe: Usually 60–90 minutes.
  • I’ll guide you the whole way—from posing tips to prompts that feel like you.
  • You don’t need to “be good at photos”—just show up, and I’ll take care of the rest.
  • After the shoot - you'll get a few sneak peeks within 48 hours and then you're full gallery delivered via an online gallery for download - this will be in your inbox within 2-3 weeks.

  • Headshots with personality
  • Lifestyle portraits (working, behind-the-scenes)
  • Product flat-lays or detail shots
  • Studio, in-home, or on-location setups depending on your brand

How to Prepare


1. Know Your Brand Vibe

  • How do you want to be seen? (Warm, elevated, fun, calming, luxe, earthy?)
  • What colours, textures, or objects reflect your business?
  • Is your brand minimal and clean or cozy and personal?


2. Outfit Planning

  • 2–3 outfits that feel like your brand and make you feel confident
  • Avoid heavy patterns and logos unless it’s your logo
  • Accessorise with intention—simple details photograph beautifully
  • Hair/makeup: Professional is optional but recommended if it’ll help you feel polished


3. Props + Tools

  • Bring items you use daily: laptop, notebook, tools of your trade
  • Coffee mug, product packaging, business cards, flowers, textiles—anything visual that tells your story
  • A product or two if relevant (physical or digital)


4. Plan Your Purpose

  • Think about what you’ll use the photos for: website banners, Instagram, email headers, print
  • Let me know if you need any specific crops or layouts

Locations

Studio Sessions

Minimal, bright, and flexible. I’ll style it simply unless you’d like to bring props.

Great for clean headshots, flat-lays, and neutral backgrounds.

You’re welcome to bring a friend or team member for support or variety.




On-Location Sessions

Ideal for capturing your space, your product in action, or a more lived-in brand story.

We’ll plan for the best light, clear cluttered areas, and set up intentional zones.

If outdoors, we’ll have a backup plan in case of weather.



In-Home Sessions

Especially great for service providers or creatives who work from home and want a lifestyle feel.

I’ll work with natural light and tidy corners—no need for a perfect home.

We’ll use your workspace, kitchen bench, couch, or wherever your brand feels real.
